All services are provided subject to contract.

4.2 Deployment & Authority

Our personnel are deployed strictly within the scope of their legal authority.
Security operatives:

• Are not law enforcement officers
• Have no powers of arrest beyond those of a private citizen
• Operate under the policies, procedures, and instructions agreed with the client

4.3 Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information regarding risks, venues, attendance numbers, and site conditions
• Ensure lawful use of security services
• Comply with health and safety obligations at their premises or event
• Cooperate with security personnel and management instructions

4.4 Use of Reasonable Force

Any use of force by security personnel, where unavoidable, will be:

• Proportionate
• Reasonable
• Necessary
• In line with UK law and SIA guidance

4.5 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Manticore Security Ltd shall not be liable for losses arising from acts outside our reasonable control
